I've Had That Virus That's Been Going Around For 5

I've had that virus that's been going around for 5 days. I have been taking robitussin severe cold and flu (day and night kinds). I started my period which is very heavy much more than normal. I have been very dizzy and just noticed my gums and tongue are slightly bleeding....
