I've Had The Mirena In For Almost 3 Months Now,

I've had the Mirena in for almost 3 months now, during my last cycle I bled a normal amount and then at the very end of my period I passed what DID NOT look like a normal blot clot... It was fleshy colored with a little bit of blood...what could that have been?
