I’ve Had The Symptoms Of Chlamydia And Gonorrhea I Went

I’ve had the symptoms of Chlamydia and gonorrhea I went to the ER and they tested my urine for those and my urine came back clean no signs of bacteria or anything but my urethra still feels odd doe this mean I don’t have anything or could it be something else and I thought the absolute worst?
