I've Had These Couple Of Lumps Around My Vagina For

I've had these couple of lumps around my Vagina for about 4 weeks now . They aren't painful and I have squeezed the lumps and seen a small amount of puss come out . I've also plucked a couple of hairs out and a few days later the swelling has gone down . I've been applying rubbing alcohol to Make them go away and it's not really working that well . I also do sweat ALOT when I go to the gym and I was thinking maybe that may have something to do with it ? It's just annoying and embarrassing that I have them . Is this syphillis ? I haven't been with a new person in 6+ months
