Ive Had These Hard Little Like Knott Bumps Show Up

Ive had these hard little like knott bumps show up on the top of my vagina like a dark color purpley blue they hurt bad when i touch them they come for like 3-4 days then disappear im kind of freaked out ive never had this problem before i stopped shaving that area i dont understand what it could be im only sexually activate with my partner please help
