I've Had This For Months Now And I Don't Know

I've had this for months now and I don't know what it is. there's a part of my genital area. my skin looks normal, a little shade of pink, but it burns when I urinate and sometime it itches a lot that I'll have the urge to just stick my hand down there and scratch because of how itchy it is! please help.
