I’ve Had This Haemorrhoid For Over A Month Now And

I’ve had this haemorrhoid for over a month now and it’s at a point where it’s really itchy. I’ve been using haemorrhoid cream as well and it seems like nothing is working. It’s not bleeding and I was told that it’s not big enough for surgery. What to do??
