I've Had This On My Body For A While Now,

I've had this on my body for a while now, like a few years or my entire life, its one of those two. I'm an 18 year old male. The thing that I'm worried a little about is that there are these 2 very tiny white bump-like things right on the bottom of my penis (like the size of a speck of dirt or a food crum and they have like a half inch of space between them). It doesn't matter if I have an erection or not. If you lift up my penis, you can see those very little white dot-like things on the bottom (almost in the middle, but it's located closer to the head). Other than that though, everything else is perfectly fine. I never feel any pain at all, no itching at all, none of that. I urinate just fine, and I ejaculate just fine. Literally 99% of the time I don't even know it's there. I'm also a virgin, never had sex. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs or anything else bad like that. I used to be around a smoker alot when I was like 12 years, but I'm barely around him now. The only time that I know they're there is if I actually lift my penis up and look down to see it or if I try to feel myself down there and actually try to focus on trying to feel them (because it's not that big to where I could just pat or put my hand there and tell that it's there. I actually have to try and feel it to know that it's there.). Should I be worried? What to do?
