I've Had This Rash For Over Two Weeks, Doctors Have

I've had this rash for over two weeks, doctors have said it's poison ivy. I am pregnant and applying a topical treatment, but still wake up in the middle of the night with an itch that brings me to tears and the rash keeps spreading. I can't take this anymore, should I go to the ER?
