I've Had This Weird Problem With My Lips Lately, Where

I've had this weird problem with my lips lately, where it feels like there's saliva leaking from the sides of my lips, I find myself wiping my lips often, but it's not always wet?
Other oral symptoms have been the feeling of all this skin in my mouth burned, this happened twice on 2 different occasions and went away after a few days.
