I've Had This Worm-like Movement Around My Body Tor Some

I've had this worm-like movement around my body tor some years now. In my stomach, my arms, my thighs, and even my eyes. I read somewhere some years ago that it was normal and there was no reason to be worried about it, but now I'm just not comfortable with the movements anymore. I want to know if it's normal or I have an infection or an STD. Thanks
