I've Had Thrush For 5 Months Can't Get Rid Of

I've had thrush for 5 months can't get rid of it. Used nystatin now I'm on the pill fluconazole been taking it for going on 5 weeks, I still have the thrush. I know it's also in my nose and even have the sticky stinky stuff in my eyes. It's a lot better than it was but it's uncomfortable my mouth hurts food tastes strange. Will this eventually go away? Hepc here and came off pain and anxiety meds this past 9 months.
