I've Had Trouble Swallowing Liquids. I Sometimes Choke Which Makes

I've had trouble swallowing liquids. I sometimes choke which makes me more nervous as a recent widow I love alone. Have had swallow tests and upper Gi. All were negative I am a nervous wreck.
Eating is not an issue only liquids. I do have meds for acid reflux.
