Ive Had Trouble With Bowel Movements For A Few Weeks

Ive had trouble with bowel movements for a few weeks now and a few days ago i started getting sevre pains in my lower abdomine , i also stopped going to the washroom at that time when i did there was an extreme amount of blood . Now its almost non urine also .
