I've Had Two Sinus Surgeries In My Past. I Feel

I've had two sinus surgeries in my past. I feel like I have to consistently blow something out. Rarely do I get just snot liquid. I notice more of projecting hard forms of thicker stuff. Its at least a month before I can see a ent doctor. I noticed today when I was leaned over actual snot dripped from my nose which was different then I am used to. Any suggestions on what is happening.
