I've Have A Pain On My Right Side Where You

I've have a pain on my right side where you would ben side ways and also it hurts alittle lower. I've had this pain for awhile But it went away. But today it came back and the pain is awful. I had gone to the bathroom to P. And in my pantie shield I have blood. Do I need to go to the ER or wait until Monday to see my Doctor.
