Ive Have Copper IUD For 8 Years Now And Never

Ive have copper IUD for 8 years now and never had any problems, my cycle has always been regular. This time I've had no pms symptoms (usually I have painful cramps for 2 days before period and also heavy breasts) I'm 12 days late, have had very light cramping on and off, light brown discharge for 1-2 days, 3 negative pregnancy tests, feeling very tired and emotional all the time, today started feeling nauseous and not sure if relates but sometimes when I move I feel like I've pulled a muscle in my stomach. I'm booking app with doctor but it's driving me crazy not knowing what's going on
