I've Have The Nexplanon Implant In My Arm For A

I've have the nexplanon implant in my arm for a year now, and I cannot remember the last time I had a period but recently, for the past few months I've had an excessive yellow discharge with a strong odor but no itching or irritation, daily, and I'm a very clean person so I'm a bit concerned since I have not been able to go to my doctor since I got to college, I also am in a relationship with a girl so I have not been with a man in awhile so I don't think it's and STI or STD but I'm not sure.
