I've Just Been Sick And Feel A Bit Better Now,

I've just been sick and feel a bit better now, but there's a piece of sick stuck in my throat because I can taste it when I swallow, and its doing my head in, I've tried, trying to be sick again, wouldn't work, and I've tried gargling and swallowing water, and it still won't go, what do I do?
