I've Just Burst A Sebaceous Cyst On The Side Of

I've just burst a sebaceous cyst on the side of my head, the cyst was really small anyway not much bigger than a standard spot but I think all the white substance from inside the cyst has gone and I managed to use tweezers the get a harder white substance that wouldn't squeeze out, what should I do?
