I've Just Come From The Dr Office, My Internist Who

I've just come from the dr office, my internist who performed my pap. I asked her about what I described as a skin tag. It is soft and pliable. I asked her about dark spots on my vulvas that I though were varicose veins. She said these were all HPV warts. Granted, I most likely have HPV, previous Dx of dysplaysia on my cervix-surgery etc.
I've seen pictures of genital warts on the vulva and these two type of spots look nothing like that. Should I go to see a gynocologist for a second opinion before I start treating with the Imiquimod that I was prescribed?
