I've Just Commenced Taking Flecanide 100 Mg, Twice A Day,

I've just commenced taking flecanide 100 mg, twice a day, to treat ventricular ectopic beats, and have experienced neck pain and hand tremors. I had a catheter ablation which was unsuccessful and was previously on Sotalol for 15 years, which became ineffective towards the end. Will these symptoms persist over time?
