I've Just Completed A Prescription For Bactrim And Now On

I've just completed a prescription for Bactrim and now on Cipro for a UTI. Most symptoms are gone except for back pain that radiates to the front on my right side. The pain is not subsiding, but seems to be getting worse. Could I have kidney stones?
