I've Just Recently Started Tanning A Couple Of Days Again.

I've just recently started tanning a couple of days again. I'm am extremely pale. While tanning and even hours after I keep getting these pin prick feelings. It's uncomfortable and I'm not sure what it is. Some sites say it's scabies but it itches even during school not just night. Some sites say it could be because of dry skin and heat rash. Please help
