I've Lost Bowel Control Several Times This Past Week While

I've lost bowel control several times this past week while sleeping. The discharge is almost clear and foul smelling. I've not changed medications nor diet. I did seem to have a cold of short duration, but it happened again this morning and otherwise I feel fine. I'm a 55 year old male.
