I've Never Had A Period Before And I Have Been

I've never had a period before and I have been getting cramps for almost a month now, and occasionally white and yellow discharge, but no period. It has been itching 'down there' really bad lately, and I have been getting really bad lower back aches to the point I can't move. Is my first period coming or is there something wrong?
