I've Never Had Nosebleeds Before But Have HBP. I've Now

I've never had nosebleeds before but have HBP. I've now had 3 in the past 6 weeks and each one has been after I've been outside getting hot. They don't start immediately but within 1-2 after cool down. I also noticed I bruise easy. Don't take any blood thinners. Only take HBP Lisinipril and HCT.
