I've Noticed Over The Past Few Days Some Rigidity In

I've noticed over the past few days some rigidity in my tongue movements. There is a general sense of increased tension leading to reduced range of motion and slight speech distortions. The tension has radiated to my jaw as well, but ROM is not affected in my jaw, merely a slight soreness. I am not currently taking any medications.
