I've Noticed Recently That I Have Dark Circles Around My

I've noticed recently that I have dark circles around my eyes and they seem to be getting worse. So much so that I have people at my work are asking if I'm sick or if I'm getting into fights. I don't understand what is going on. I feel fine and I get 6-8 hours of sleep. Can someone help me understand if there is anything that I need to do to make this better?
