I've Noticed That About Every Few Days Or So My

I've noticed that about every few days or so my incisor papilla gets inflamed (like hot pizza burn). It's slightly swollen and gets the same feeling of a burn then gets better for a few days only to come back. I am visiting my dentist in two weeks but wondered if this might have something to do with chronic sinus problems or snoring. It's more aggravating than painful. Tahank you
