I've Noticed That My Son's Sweaty Little Head Smells Strangely

I've noticed that my son's sweaty little head smells strangely similar to his wranky sweet poo smelling diapers. He tends to eat a lot of fruit. Could this be why he is leaching this strange sweet poo-ish smell? It's coming from his poo and his pores apparently.
