I've Noticed That My Urine Has Had Thin White/ Almost

I've noticed that my urine has had thin white/ almost transparent particles in it. Usually two or three at a time. They range anywhere between a quarter of an inch to two inches long. What could this be? I was recently overseas and since returning I've been gaining weight. Is this a natural occurance or parasitic?
