Ive Quit Smoking For 4 Months Using The Lozenges. Started

Ive quit smoking for 4 months using the lozenges. started with the 4 mg and now the 2 mg..Problem is I now feel I cant stop the lozenges. Last time I quit when I stopped the lozenges I srarted smoking about a month later.shoud I try the patch for a while instead? or is there something else,not really interested in Chantix, tried it already.
