I've Read That You Should Not Take Celexa And Sudafed

I've read that you should not take Celexa and Sudafed at the same time. I took 60 mg of Sudafed about two hours before 10mg of Celexa. Normally take Benadryl. It's a small dose and is there a great risk with that small dose? I'll cease but just want more info.
