I've Recently Been Active With Sex And My Genital Area

I've recently been active with sex and my genital area is red and irritated and I have these little white spots/ bumps in a kind of line and cluster on the inside of my vaginal lips... I've read everything I can find and it doesn't seem to be any kind of STD. In fact, I've read it's normal for women and can happen anytime. I want to also put out there I used no protection and my area was a bit dry at times during... they also do not itch, bleed or pop. I haven't tried to touch them. I've only looked.
