I've recently been dealing with a very personal issue. The past two times my boyfriend and I have had intercourse (one being five days ago, and the other being today) I have received a very sharp stabbing pain in the area of my cervix. I have also failed to get my period for the month of May. I've gotten my period around the end of every month. I have a copper Paragard IUD and have had no problems with it. I have not yet taken a pregnancy test but I am concerned I may either be pregnant or my IUD may be out of place. If none of those options are the underlying problem then I worry that it may be serious....
