I've Recently Begun Taking Losartan; I'd Taken Lisinopril For Years,

I've recently begun taking Losartan; I'd taken Lisinopril for years, but my pressures were unstable. Since beginning, I've been suffering severe muscle cramping in legs, feet, hands, and arms. I'm also incredibly tired all day, which is unusual for me. Can these be side effects of the med? This is the only medication I've recently changed. Thanks.
