I've Recently Come Out Of Hospital Due To A Friend

I've recently come out of hospital due to a friend broken femur and hip they have given me some medication for a week but the pain is so bad I've I've taken twice as much as I should, I can't walk even on eeecrutches? I purchased a wheelchair and the pain still doesn't ease,I need a commode but I don't know who to get in touch with
