I've Recently Developed An Irritation Around The Very Tip Of

I've recently developed an irritation around the very tip of my penis. It's been three weeks since my last sexual encounter in which I only received oral sex (unprotected). The pain can best be described as a very mild burning or itch. It does not worsen before, during or after urination, but instead stays constant throughout the day not getting better or worse. It has been going on for about 4 days now and there are no other symptoms (similar or otherwise) in the area or anywhere else on my body. Just this one mild irritation on the penile tip. I am 24, 5'11, 185lbs. Should I visit a walk in clinic (I am without a family doctor) or wait and see if it goes away on its own?
