I've Recently Lost 54 Lbs But And Have Stopped Taking

I've recently lost 54 lbs but and have stopped taking Azor blood pressure medicine last week per my MD's instruction. I was prescribed meclizine but I cannot function while taking it so I quit. I take 40mg fluoxetine daily as well as 175 mcg levothyroxine and wonder if the amounts need to be adjusted.
