I've Recently Since Last Night Had A Light Pink Spotting

I've recently since last night had a light pink spotting not sure when I'm actually due on my period as I'm on the implant could this be anything serious I have a period once a month my last period was in February? I've bin having dull aches and tender breast what could be the reason for all this I've had the implant in nearly 2 years ?
