I've Recently Started A Statin (pravastatin) About 4 Months Ago.

I've recently started a statin (pravastatin) about 4 months ago. I'm 54 yr old female in very good health. This is the only med I'm taking. I'm noticing pain and discomfort in my upper back (along the spine). I haven't had any trauma, it's not soreness (pain relievers don't help). It seems to have come on recently and intermittently. Could it be related to the statin? I've read about muscle aches and back aches as symptoms.
