I've Recently Started Feeling Something Like A Fluid Running Down

I've recently started feeling something like a fluid running down the back of my head but on the inside. It starts at the upper left back side of my head and runs all the way down my neck. It hurts a little like a dull pain but then gradually gets worse and worse. What could this be?
