I've Recently Started Taking Probiotics And I Have Been Going

I've recently started taking probiotics and I have been going to the bathroom more frequently the other day after a bm I had light pink discharge not sure if it came from front or back, I'm just wandering if it could have to do with the probiotics I didn't strain, and I'm worried because this happened about 5 days before my period is due I'm just looking for any other cause than implantation bleeding, could pid cause this?
