I've recently started to get a really fast (kind of irregular) and loud pounding heartbeat at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. It's usually accompanied by chest and left arm discomfort and when I try to fall asleep I start feeling very lightheaded and like I'm going to pass out and then I have shortness of breath and it's a giant cycle like that.
