I've Seborrheic Dermatitis, I Used Medicines To Get Rid Of

I've seborrheic dermatitis, I used medicines to get rid of it, but while I'm suffering I used to see my skin layers fall down regulary especially when I pull it with my fingers, sometimes a piece of skin falls with 4 small hairs tied to it, my question is will they grow back again? or the roots are already damaged? help please
