I've Seen Quite A Few Instances Of People Asking Online

I've seen quite a few instances of people asking online about the same issue as I had today... while peeing, we/they had to cough (or sneeze), which caused the urine to flow with greater force, and also resulted in some pain and minor bleeding. All urologists who provided feedback said this was probably related to kidney stones or a UTI, and that it must be just a coincidence that the first/only time the patient had this issue happened to be while coughing (or sneezing) and it must not be related. This does not make sense. I would like to see if there is a urologist who has knowledge of this precise issue and knows what causes it.
