I've smoked weed two days ago. I had a panic attack/I thought I was in a time loop and I didn't sleep for a whole day due to a heat sensation flowing over my body, neck and lower right stomach but I eventually went to sleep but I woke up with a tingling sensation in my hands and arms ... It won't go away, can anyone tell me what's wrong with me?
