I've Sprained My Left Ankle Pretty Bad Last Week. Its

I've sprained my left ankle pretty bad last week. Its not the first time I've sprained it this bad. it is pretty swollen and bruised on both sides of the ankle and the top of my foot is slightly bruised. I've been wearing my boot that I've had for my last sprain about three years ago. Not sure if I should see someone or just let it heel. I can put pressure on it but its still pretty tender to the touch around the outer part. It also feels cold all the time even after the last insurer it always feels cold. I'm pretty there is some damage to the ligaments. Thanks
