I've Started Gagging When I Blow My Nose. My Nose

I've started gagging when I blow my nose. My nose isn't runny and Im able to breath through it but it feels like there's blockage on one side. I'm more or less panicked that a bug has crawled in while I was sleeping and is now living in face causing everything to be backwards
